Lead Prosper pricing in 2026: the $500 minimum, the per-lead ladder and the cost per 1,000 leads
Lead Prosper publishes its pricing, and it publishes it as a calculator: drag the sliders to your monthly volume and the page tells you the bill. That is more transparent than most of the category, and it also means the number you pay is not one number. It is a base plan plus whatever your month does. This article sets out what the base covers, how the per-lead ladder works, and what it comes to per 1,000 leads at three volumes.
What Lead Prosper publishes
The plan starts at $500 a month. That base includes 5,000 leads, 200,000 pings and 200,000 pre-pings each month. Anything above those allowances is billed at a per-unit rate that depends on which volume band the extra usage falls into, and the page is explicit that you pay each band's rate only for the usage inside that band, not retroactively on the whole month.
A lead is counted when it is successfully ingested. A ping is counted whenever a supplier pings a ping/post flow. A pre-ping is counted whenever a supplier queries the duplicate checker before posting. Outbound is always free: deliveries to buyers, webhooks and postbacks do not add to the bill however many destinations a lead goes to.
| What is billed | Included in the $500 base | Overage rate |
|---|---|---|
| Leads (counted at ingestion) | 5,000 a month | $0.05 for 5,000 to 10,000; $0.02 for 10,000 to 50,000; $0.015 for 50,000 to 100,000; $0.002 for 100,000 to 500,000; then $0.0012, $0.0007 and $0.0005 at higher bands |
| Pings (a supplier pings a ping/post flow) | 200,000 a month | $0.0001 each above 200,000 |
| Pre-pings (duplicate checks before a post) | 200,000 a month | $0.0001 each above 200,000 |
| Outbound (deliveries to buyers, webhooks) | Unlimited | Free |
There are no contracts, and the page says you can cancel at any time. No setup fee is listed. Every feature is included in the subscription; the site is direct that there are no feature paywalls, and the vendor's own homepage puts the average cost per lead on the base plan at ten cents when all 5,000 included leads are used.
There is one more line on the pricing page: Operate, a managed service that adds the vendor's team to your account to build flows, wire buyer APIs and write custom scripts, starting at $1,000 a month on top of the plan and scoped to your volume and complexity. It is optional.
What is not in the sticker price
- The floor is the floor. $500 is what you pay whether you route 500 leads or 5,000. At low volume the included allowance is the cost: 800 leads a month still costs $500.
- The ladder is on top of the base. The 5,001st lead costs five cents. Because rates fall with volume, the effective price per lead drops as you grow, but your invoice is a sum of bands you have to model rather than a flat line you can read.
- Pings are separate from leads. If you run ping/post with suppliers who ping heavily, 200,000 pings a month is the allowance to watch. Beyond it, a million extra pings is $100.
- Managed service is a second fee. The Operate plan, from $1,000 a month, is where the hands-on buildout lives. The base plan includes support, not someone building your flows for you.
- Third-party validations are their own vendors. Services such as consent certificates and phone verification are one-click integrations, billed by those vendors, not by Lead Prosper.
Cost per 1,000 leads at three volumes
The rows below use the published base and ladder with no pings and no Operate plan. At 1,000 and 5,000 leads you stay inside the base allowance. At 20,000 leads the base covers 5,000, the next 5,000 are billed at $0.05 and the following 10,000 at $0.02.
| Plan | Monthly price | Leads included | Price per 1,000 leads |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Prosper base plan at 1,000 leads | $500 | 5,000 | $500 |
| Lead Prosper base plan at 5,000 leads | $500 | 5,000 | $100 |
| Lead Prosper base plan plus overage at 20,000 leads | $950 | 5,000, then 15,000 billed per lead | $47.50 |
| LeadMove Starter | $149 | 1,000 | $149 |
| LeadMove Pro | $299 | 5,000 | $60 |
| LeadMove Scale | $499 | 20,000 | $25 |
| LeadMove Scale+ | On quote | Custom above 20,000 | Depends on volume |
What the table does not show: pings if your suppliers ping before they post, any validation services you switch on, and the Operate fee if you want the vendor to run your buildouts. It also does not show what the base buys that a router alone does not, which is the ping/post exchange itself.
Who this pricing is built for
- Ping/post sellers at volume. The included 200,000 pings and the falling per-lead ladder are shaped for a seller running auctions with many buyers. The more you route, the less each lead costs, and outbound is free at any fan-out.
- Teams that want usage to track the bill. If a slow month should cost less than a busy one, a per-lead ladder does that by design, at the price of modeling the invoice.
- Brokers who want the vendor inside the account. The Operate plan turns the subscription into a managed service with a shared channel and standing calls, which suits a broker onboarding many partners a month.
If you route leads to your own buyers
If your buyers have agreed prices and you never run an auction, the $500 minimum is buying an exchange you do not use, and the ladder is a bill you have to forecast. LeadMove does the routing job on flat published plans, $149, $299 and $499 a month for 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000 leads, no setup fee, no per-lead surcharge, every feature on every plan, and a Scale+ plan built around your volume above 20,000 leads a month. The feature-by-feature version is on LeadMove vs Lead Prosper, and the plans are on the pricing page.
