Debt consolidation lead distribution

Debt consolidation lead distribution that only bills what the buyer accepts.

TL;DR

LeadMove routes debt consolidation leads by province or state and by debt amount, reads the buyer's response in real time so a rejected lead is never billed, and fires your conversion postbacks when a lead is accepted or sold. Works with Canadian postal codes and US zips alike.

How debt consolidation leads get routed today

You paid for the click, the form and the delivery, and then the buyer's system answers "duplicate" or "below minimum debt" in a 200 response nobody reads, so the lead is counted as delivered and billed anyway. Your ad tracker never hears which leads were accepted or which ones sold, so it optimizes on form fills instead of revenue. And at the end of the month someone opens a spreadsheet to reconcile accepted, rejected and sold across two systems that never agreed. Every one of those problems is a routing rule, a response rule or a postback you are running by hand.

Routing patterns debt consolidation agencies run on

Each pattern is a rule you build once and LeadMove enforces on every lead, with 15+ operators to combine.

Province or state, then postal prefix

Route on the province or state first, then narrow with a postal prefix. A Canadian postal code starts with its forward sortation area, so "starts with M5" covers downtown Toronto in one condition, and the same operator works on a US zip.

province equals ONAND postal starts with M5
How territory routing works

Debt amount threshold

Send a lead to a buyer only when the debt meets the buyer's minimum. One numeric condition per buyer, and a lead under every minimum goes to your backfill buyer instead of a rejection.

debt_amount ≥ 10000else → backfill buyer

Billed only when accepted

Tell LeadMove where the verdict lives in the buyer's response. A lead the buyer turns down is marked rejected, never retried, and never billed: its price is given back, it stays out of the buyer's caps and out of their revenue.

response Status = Successrejected → not billedreason on the lead

Conversion postbacks to your tracker

Fire a URL to RedTrack, Everflow, Voluum or your own system when a lead is accepted, and another when the buyer reports it sold. Each postback carries the click id and the payout, and fires once per lead.

accepted → GET …&type=Leadsold → type=Saleonce per lead

How debt consolidation agencies use LeadMove

One pipeline, one or several buyers

Point your forms at one webhook and deliver to a single buyer today, with caps, operating hours and a hold for leads that arrive at night. Add a second buyer for overflow or another province later without rebuilding anything, and the routing trace on every lead says why it went where it went.

The borrower hears back in seconds

As soon as a lead is accepted by a buyer, LeadMove texts and emails the borrower to say who will be calling, in the buyer's own wording, with its booking link. Someone drowning in payments who just asked for help gets an answer before they fill in a competitor's form.

Rejections and returns on the record

A lead rejected by the buyer's system carries the buyer's reason on the lead page, next to the exact request and response. A lead the buyer disputes later comes back through the portal with a reason, and you approve or reject it against the delivery record instead of a screenshot.

Your buyer reports outcomes by API or portal

The buyer marks each lead in progress, sold or lost from the portal, or from its CRM with one API call. A sale fires your sold postback once, with the amount the buyer reported, so your tracker optimizes on revenue rather than on form fills.

Debt consolidation lead distribution, FAQ

Does zip routing work with Canadian postal codes?

Yes. A Canadian postal code starts with a three-character forward sortation area, so a "starts with" condition on the postal field covers an area in one condition: "starts with M5" for downtown Toronto, "starts with V6" for Vancouver. Combine it with a province condition in an AND group, and use "is one of" with a pasted list when a territory is a precise set of codes.

My buyer answers 200 but says "rejected" in the body. Is that lead billed?

No, once you turn on Buyer response on the delivery method and tell LeadMove where the verdict lives, for example the field Status with the accepted value Success. A lead the buyer turns down is marked rejected by buyer, is never retried, and is not billed: the price is given back, the lead stays out of the buyer's caps and revenue, and the buyer's reason sits on the lead page.

Can LeadMove tell my ad tracker which leads were accepted and which ones sold?

Yes. Turn on conversion postbacks on the pipeline and add one URL for accepted leads and one for sold leads, with merge codes for the click id and the payout. Each fires once per lead, only when the code it needs is present, and the lead's timeline shows the exact request and response.

I only have one buyer. What does routing do for me?

Caps, hours and a record. A daily cap keeps the buyer from being flooded, operating hours hold overnight leads until the buyer opens, a debt minimum keeps leads it would reject from being sent, and every lead carries a trace of what happened. When a second buyer comes along, you add it to the same pipeline and the rules do the rest.
