Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We collect your card at signup so the platform is ready to go from day 1, but you're not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial and you pay nothing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount.

What happens if I exceed my lead limit?

You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your quota. Once you hit your limit, you can add lead packs: +1,000 leads for $50/mo on Starter (max 3 packs), +5,000 leads for $100/mo on Pro (max 3 packs), or contact us for Scale. You can also upgrade to a higher plan.

How do webhooks work?

Every pipeline gets a unique webhook endpoint. Send leads via HTTP POST with your API key. Leads can also be delivered to buyers via webhook, email, or Google Sheets.

How does lead scoring work?

LeadMove uses a hybrid system: 70 points of deterministic validation (email deliverability, phone validity, completeness against your pipeline fields) and 30 points of AI authenticity analysis. Leads are graded A through D automatically.

How does the dispute system work?

Buyers can contest leads within a configurable deadline. Admins review and accept or reject. Accepted disputes generate credits toward future leads.

Do all plans get the same features?

Yes. Every feature is available on every plan — scoring, routing, disputes, analytics, the AI assistant, all delivery methods. Plans only differ in volume: leads per month, number of buyers, and number of pipelines.

Is the AI assistant included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan at no extra cost — 500 questions a month per organization. It answers product questions from the documentation and links the page it used, and it diagnoses your own operations: why a lead went unrouted, which rule matched, which buyer was skipped and whether a cap or an operating window blocked it, lead quality by source, volume trends, and buyer status. It is read-only — it explains your setup, it never changes it — and when a question falls outside what it can answer, it hands you to a human.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, cancel anytime with no penalties. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not at launch, but it's coming soon with a 20% discount. You'll be notified in your dashboard when annual billing becomes available.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data (pipelines, leads, buyer configurations) is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything as CSV during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
