Boberdoo pricing in 2026: the full tier table, the setup fee and the cost per 1,000 leads

Boberdoo is one of the few lead distribution platforms that puts its whole price list on the website. That makes it unusually easy to budget, and unusually easy to misread, because the price is not set by the number of leads you sell but by the number of inbound actions your system receives each day. This article walks through what the pricing page says, what sits outside the monthly fee, and what the numbers come to per 1,000 leads at three volumes.

What Boberdoo publishes

The pricing page has three parts: a one-time setup fee, a tier table, and a list of optional add-ons. The tier table is the core of it. You do not pick a tier. Boberdoo totals your inbound actions over the billing period, divides by the number of days, and places you in a row. A busy month moves you up, a slow one moves you down, and nothing is locked in: billing is month to month.

An inbound action is any ping, post, phone call, API call or form load entering the system. Outbound actions, meaning what the platform sends to your buyers, are not counted, and neither are users, buyers or vendors, all of which are unlimited at every tier.

The table above keeps the rows that matter for planning; the full page lists 23 tiers, one for every step between 25 and 8 million actions a day. Every paid tier ships the same feature set: the ping/post and API suite, webhooks and notifications, the no-code form builder, buyer auto-rebilling, the reporting library, call routing and lead delivery by SMS through your own Twilio account.

There is also a ramp-up promotion listed on the page: three months of unlimited volume for $500 a month, after which the account moves to standard tiered pricing.

What is not in the sticker price

The monthly fee covers the platform. A few things sit next to it.

  • Setup: $250 once. Initial stand-up, account configuration and an orientation session. Every account pays it.
  • Actions you may not think of as leads. Pings count. Form loads count. Phone calls count. If your vendors ping before they post, or your forms load many times per lead, your action count runs ahead of your lead count and so does your tier.
  • Usage add-ons. LeadQC at $0.20 per lead, an AI Savings Mode billed as a 25 percent premium on the monthly fee, a Bid Modifier and form builder submissions that count as actions, and business intelligence on a custom quote.
  • One-time extras. Custom DNS to run the buyer and vendor portals on your own domain is $3,500 once. Removing the "Powered by boberdoo" footer from external pages is $2,500 once.
  • Consulting and development at $195 an hour for custom builds, migrations or integrations beyond standard support.

Two things are notably absent: there is no annual contract, and there is no per-seat fee. Boberdoo makes a point of both.

Cost per 1,000 leads at three volumes

To turn the tier table into a cost per lead you have to make one assumption: that each lead is one inbound action, a single post with no ping ahead of it and no form load counted. On that assumption, 1,000 leads a month is about 33 actions a day, 5,000 is about 167 and 20,000 is about 667. The rows below use the tier each of those lands in, and the $250 setup is left out because it is paid once.

What the table does not show: the setup fee in month one, any pings your vendors send before posting, phone calls if you route those too, and the add-ons above. It also does not show what you get for the money at Boberdoo that you would not get from a router alone: the ping/post exchange, call routing and the form builder.

Who this pricing is built for

  • Networks whose buyers bid per lead. The ping/post machinery is the reason the platform exists, and at high volume the tier table is a volume discount: the effective rate per action falls fast as you climb.
  • Operations that sell calls and leads together. Call routing is in the same fee, on your own Twilio numbers, so a mixed book does not need a second platform.
  • Teams with a real budget line for tooling. The entry tier is a four-figure monthly commitment before the first lead moves, which is fine for an established exchange and steep for a team routing a few thousand leads a month to buyers it already has agreements with.

If you route leads to your own buyers

If your buyers have an agreed price and your job is to get each lead to the right one on rules you set, most of what the Boberdoo fee buys is machinery you will not switch on. LeadMove does that job on published flat plans, $149, $299 and $499 a month with leads included and no setup fee, every feature on every plan, and a Scale+ plan built around your volume above 20,000 leads a month. The feature-by-feature version is on LeadMove vs Boberdoo, and the plans are on the pricing page.

Does Boberdoo have a setup fee?

Yes, $250 one time, for the initial stand-up, account configuration and orientation. Two optional one-time fees exist as well: $3,500 to run the portals on your own domain and $2,500 to remove the "Powered by boberdoo" footer.

Is there a Boberdoo free trial?

No free trial is listed. Signup goes through a demo. The pricing page does list a ramp-up promotion, three months of unlimited volume for $500 a month, after which the account moves to standard tiered pricing.
