LeadByte pricing in 2026: what is published, what third parties report, and the cost per 1,000 leads

If you have searched for LeadByte pricing and landed here, it is because the vendor's own pricing page does not give a number. That is a legitimate choice for a platform sold with onboarding, and it makes budgeting harder than it needs to be. This article collects what LeadByte does publish, what third-party listings report and how reliable that is, what the terms say, and how the cost compares per 1,000 leads with the tools that do publish.

What LeadByte publishes

The pricing page is organised by who you are rather than by how much you route. Three packages, each building on the previous one, each with a "Book Demo" button and a feature list, none with a price.

PackagePriceWhat the page lists
Lead SellersNot publishedBuyer API integrations, lead verification, custom routing, payments through Stripe, automated returns, sales attribution back to ads
Lead BuyersNot publishedEverything in Lead Sellers, plus rejecting bad leads, supply control, source analysis, custom payouts, DNC lists, nurture, automated assignment
Lead BrokersNot publishedEverything in Lead Buyers, plus per-lead P&L, suppression lists, seller and buyer portal access, contractual agreements, supplier postbacks, quarantine, CSV import

The packages are cumulative: Lead Buyers includes everything Lead Sellers has, Lead Brokers includes everything Lead Buyers has. A "Need something a little more custom" line under the table routes to the chat. The features themselves say a lot about the product: distribution, validation, buyer API integrations and returns on the seller side, payouts and nurture on the buyer side, and a broker tier that adds P&L per lead and portals for both sides.

What third-party listings report

With no figure on the site, the numbers in circulation come from software directories. Capterra UK lists a starting price of £500 per month, with no free trial and no free version. The same figure appears as the entry point in our earlier LeadByte alternative guide, verified in August 2026. It is a single data point from a directory, not a vendor statement, so treat it as indicative: the price that binds is the one in your quote after the demo.

What LeadByte does publish, and publishes clearly, is its terms. There are no setup fees. The contract is a 30-day rolling agreement you can cancel at any time. There is a money-back guarantee if the platform cannot support your needs in the first 30 days, and data is permanently deleted on cancellation. Those terms are unusually customer-friendly for the category and worth as much as a published price when you compare vendors.

What is not in the sticker price

Because there is no sticker price, this section is about what to ask for in the quote.

  • Which package. Sellers, Buyers and Brokers are cumulative, and the features you actually need decide the tier. If you never run publisher payouts or nurture, ask whether the Sellers package covers you.
  • Volume. The packages are by role, not by volume, so ask how the monthly fee moves with leads received and leads delivered, and whether pings are counted.
  • Premium support. Reviewers on the pricing page itself recommend the premium support package. Ask whether it is included in your quote or priced separately.
  • Onboarding. There is no setup fee, but the sales process is demo-led. Ask how long onboarding takes and who configures the first buyers.
  • Payments and SMS. Stripe payments and SMS scheduling run on third-party services with their own per-transaction and per-message costs, outside the LeadByte fee.

Cost per 1,000 leads at three volumes

An honest table for LeadByte has one row, and the last column is blank, because a monthly figure without a stated volume cannot be turned into a cost per lead. The LeadMove rows are included so the shape of the comparison is visible; the LeadByte row is the third-party figure, marked as such.

PlanMonthly priceLeads includedPrice per 1,000 leads

LeadMove Pro$2995,000$60
LeadMove Scale$49920,000$25
LeadMove Scale+On quoteCustom above 20,000Depends on volume

What the table does not show: what your quote actually says, whether pings and validation calls are metered, the cost of premium support, and what LeadByte bundles that a router does not, which is lead capture, validation and the email and SMS nurture layer.

Who this pricing is built for

  • UK and EU lead sellers who want capture, validation, distribution and nurture in one vendor. Four jobs in one contract is where a role-based package earns its price, and the terms remove most of the risk of trying it.
  • Teams that prefer a relationship to a price list. Demo, quote, onboarding and a support team that reviewers praise by name. If that is how you buy software, the missing figure is not a problem.
  • Brokers who need P&L per lead and portals for both sides. The Brokers package is the most complete of the three and the one where the bundled features are hardest to replace with separate tools.

If you route leads to your own buyers

If distribution is the job and capture already happens in your forms and ad platforms, you can compare against a price you can read. LeadMove publishes $149, $299 and $499 a month for 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000 leads, no setup fee, a 14-day trial, every feature on every plan, and a Scale+ plan built around your volume above 20,000 leads a month. The feature-by-feature version is on LeadMove vs LeadByte, and the plans are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

How much does LeadByte cost per month?

LeadByte does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three packages, Lead Sellers, Lead Buyers and Lead Brokers, with features but no figures, and routes you to a demo. Capterra UK lists a starting price around £500 a month; the vendor has not confirmed it. Prices checked on September 20, 2026.

Does LeadByte have a setup fee?

No. LeadByte publishes its terms even though it does not publish prices: no setup fees, a 30-day rolling contract you can cancel at any time, a money-back guarantee in the first 30 days if the platform cannot support your needs, and permanent data deletion on cancellation.

Is there a LeadByte free trial?

Not according to third-party listings: Capterra UK reports no free trial and no free version, and the site itself offers a demo rather than a signup. The 30-day money-back guarantee in the terms plays a similar role once you have a quote.

What is the cheapest way to start with LeadByte?

Book the demo and ask for the Lead Sellers package, the first of the three cumulative tiers, if you only need distribution, validation and returns. With no setup fee and a rolling monthly contract, the entry cost is the first month at whatever the quote says.

What does LeadMove cost compared with LeadByte?

LeadMove publishes $149, $299 and $499 a month for 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000 leads, with no setup fee, a 14-day trial and every feature on every plan, plus a Scale+ plan on quote above 20,000. LeadByte is quoted after a demo, with an entry price reported by third parties around £500 a month, and bundles capture and nurture that LeadMove does not.
