Pipelines

Pipeline settings

Status, deduplication, review and forwarding switches — and where everything else lives.

Open a pipeline and click the gear in the canvas header. The panel holds the pipeline's name, description, status, and the switches for deduplication, manual review and forwarding. Save with Save settings.

Status

StatusEffect
ActiveAccepting leads.
PausedPosting URLs refuse leads with HTTP 403. The lead isn't stored — the supplier has to re-send it once you reactivate.
ArchivedSame refusal. Use it to retire a pipeline; it disappears from the default view but stays under the Archived tab, with all its leads and history.

Archiving asks for confirmation, and it's reversible: set the status back to Active whenever you want. There's no hard delete — nothing you've sold gets erased.

Pausing loses leads in flight

A paused pipeline doesn't queue anything. If you just want to stop selling to one buyer, pause that buyer's routing rule on the canvas instead — leads keep arriving and route to the rest.

Rotating a posting key

Keys belong to sources, not to the pipeline: Intake → click a source → Regenerate key. The old URL stops working immediately and returns 401, so hand the new URL to your supplier first. Deleting a source has the same effect permanently.

Common questions

A supplier is posting garbage. Should I pause the pipeline? No — that stops every supplier. Regenerate or delete that supplier's source, or quarantine their pattern with the spam filter.

Can I rename a pipeline that's live? Yes. The name is a label; posting URLs and buyer configuration are unaffected.

Do archived pipelines count toward my plan limits? No — archiving frees up its slot. Only active and paused pipelines count against your plan limit.

What happens to leads already held or in flight when I pause? They finish their course — pausing only affects new arrivals. Held leads can still be approved and distributed.
