Plans and quotas

What each plan includes, what counts toward your quotas, and what happens when you reach a limit.

Three plans: Starter $149/month, Pro $299/month, Scale $499/month. Every feature is available on every plan — scoring, routing rules, all delivery methods, the buyer portal, disputes, the API. Only the quotas differ.

Pro$2995,00015103
Scale$49920,000UnlimitedUnlimited10

Founder plans exist at half price for life ($75 / $150 / $250) with exactly the same quotas as their regular counterparts.

What counts toward each quota

  • Leads — every lead ingested during the calendar month, whatever the channel: webhook, CSV import or manual entry. Spam and rejected duplicates never count; invalid leads do, because they're stored and can be corrected. A lead that a forwarding rule moves into a second pipeline isn't counted a second time. See lead statuses.
  • Buyers — every buyer in your account, whatever its status: active, paused, disabled or archived.
  • Pipelines — active and paused ones. Archived pipelines and the onboarding example pipeline don't count, so archiving frees a slot.
  • Team members — members plus pending invitations.

The lead counter resets on the 1st of the month. The others are live counts.

What happens at the limit

Leads keep flowing. Going over your monthly lead number doesn't stop ingestion or distribution — nothing is dropped and no buyer stops receiving. LeadMove emails the account owner once you cross 80% so you can act before it becomes a habit.

Buyers, pipelines and team members are blocked at creation. You get a message naming the limit and pointing at an upgrade. Nothing existing is touched — you simply can't add another until you're back under, which is also why a downgrade never deletes anything.

Upgrading

Settings → BillingUpgrade Plan compares the plans and switches you over; the new quotas apply immediately. Manage Billing opens the billing portal for payment method, invoices, plan cancellation — it works during the trial too.

If you only need headroom on leads, the same tab sells extra lead packs (up to three) on top of your plan's monthly allowance, billed with proration. A pack is 5,000 leads per month on Pro and Scale, 1,000 on Starter.

Common questions

How long is the trial? 14 days. During the trial you get the full quotas of the plan you signed up for, not Starter's. Accounts without a subscription fall back to Starter's limits.

Do disputed leads come back to my quota? No. Quota is counted when the lead is ingested. Accepting a dispute reverses the revenue, not the lead count — see how disputes work.

Do leads I send myself to test count? Yes — any lead stored counts, unless it's caught as spam or rejected as a duplicate. Runs from a pipeline's test console are never stored, so those don't count at all. Only the pipeline created for you during onboarding is exempt, and only from the pipeline limit.

I archived pipelines but the counter didn't move. Only active and paused pipelines count — the counter should drop immediately after archiving. Check the pipeline's status is archived rather than paused.

Can I switch to a founder plan later? Founder pricing is limited to a fixed number of slots shown on the pricing page. Once they're gone, only the regular plans are available.
