Customize the buyer portal

Put your name, logo and colour on the portal your buyers log into, and choose what they can see there.

Settings → Buyer portal. Two cards: Branding decides what the portal looks like, What buyers see decides what it shows. Owners and admins only.

The portal is the face your business shows your buyers every time they log in, so it carries your brand and only yours — LeadMove is named nowhere on it.

Branding

FieldWhere it shows
Portal nameThe header, the browser tab and the sign-in page. Up to 60 characters.
Accent colourButtons, the active tab, quota bars and the 30-day volume chart.
Portal logoBeside the name in the header, above the sign-in form, and as the browser-tab icon. PNG, JPG or GIF up to 2MB. Without a logo, the tab shows a neutral mark in your accent colour instead.

Eight presets cover most brands; the hex field next to them takes an exact value like #0F766E. The preview below updates as you type, showing the real header, a stat card, a quota bar and a primary button — so you see the colour where your buyers will.

If your colour can't carry readable button text, the card says so with the measured contrast ratio. It's a warning, not a block: it's your brand, and you decide.

Branding saves with Save branding. The logo saves as soon as you upload it.

What buyers see

Four switches, applied to every buyer in your organization. Anything switched off isn't sent to the portal at all — it isn't merely hidden on screen.

SwitchDefaultWhat it shows buyers
Quota usageOnDaily, weekly and monthly quota bars on the dashboard and the profile.
Delivery payloadsOnThe "What was sent" blocks on a lead — the exact request and their endpoint's response.
Operating hoursOnThe buyer's own schedule on their profile, so a deferred lead reads as expected rather than as a delay.
Lead quality gradeOffThe A–D grade on each lead.

Lead quality grade is the only one that reveals something the portal hides today. Your scoring is quality-control work your buyers don't currently see, so it stays off unless you turn it on. Even then, only the letter is shown — the numeric score, its breakdown and the model behind it never leave your side.

Switch what you want, then Save visibility.

Common questions

Do these settings apply per buyer? No — they're organization-wide today. Every buyer of yours sees the same thing.

Where did the branding card in General go? Here. It was always a portal setting; it now sits with the rest of them, and gained the accent colour.

Does branding change the address my buyers use? Not on its own. See custom portal domain for putting the portal on your own address.

Do buyers ever see prices, invoices or wallet balances? No. No billing figure of any kind reaches the buyer portal, whatever these switches say.
