Your pipelines
See which pipelines you receive leads from, what makes a lead yours, and what each one costs.
Pipelines in the top bar lists every pipeline your provider set you up on, one card each. A card says whether you are receiving from it, which leads are meant for you, and how many you received. If your provider shows prices, it also says what a lead costs. If you don't see Pipelines in the top bar, your provider keeps this page switched off.
The page is read-only. To change a pipeline, its criteria or a price, talk to your provider.
Reading a pipeline card
The pill next to the pipeline's name tells you where you stand:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Receiving | Leads that match your criteria can be sent to you right now. |
| After review | Your provider checks leads by hand on this pipeline and releases them after review. |
| Paused | Nothing is sent to you from this pipeline for now. The line under the name says why: you paused your deliveries, your provider paused them, or you reached one of your caps. |
Criteria lists what a lead must look like to be yours, one line per set of conditions:
- Leads where state equals "TX" means a lead from Texas is eligible for you.
- , and other criteria at the end of a line means your provider also checks something that isn't shown to you.
- Leads matching criteria set by your provider means every condition is one you don't see.
- Every lead from this pipeline means there is no condition at all.
- Released by your provider after review replaces it on a pipeline your provider reviews by hand.
Under the criteria, this month and all time count the leads delivered to you from that pipeline. "This month" follows the same cycle as the counts on your dashboard.
Fields included lists the fields a lead from this pipeline carries, as you see them on the lead page.
A card named All pipelines gathers what applies to every pipeline at once. It has no field list and no link to its leads.
Prices
Shown only if your provider shares prices on the portal.
- Base price $10.00 is what a lead from this pipeline costs you by default.
- $15.00 when city equals "Austin" is a different price for leads that match that condition. When a lead matches one of these lines, that price applies instead of the base price.
The price actually charged for each lead is on the lead itself, in Your leads.
Finding the leads of one pipeline
View leads → on a card opens your leads list filtered to that pipeline. On the Leads page, the All pipelines dropdown does the same for any pipeline, and a Pipeline column shows where each lead came from on a wide screen. A lead's own page says From and the pipeline's name under its title.
Common questions
Why does it say "eligible" and not "you receive"? Matching the criteria makes a lead eligible for you. Whether it reaches you also depends on your caps, your delivery hours and the other buyers on the same pipeline, which are decided when the lead arrives.
A criterion mentions a field I don't see on my leads. Conditions on fields your provider hides from you are never written out: they show as "and other criteria" instead. A field that is written out but missing on a lead simply wasn't sent with that lead. If a line still looks wrong, ask your provider.
Two pipelines look the same to me. Pipeline names come from your provider exactly as they wrote them. Ask them which one is which.
