Your leads
Find, read and export the leads delivered to you, and understand what each status means for you.
Leads in the top bar lists every lead your provider sent you, newest first. One row per lead: its ID and email, the date, its status, whether you disputed it, and a View button for the full record.
The chips above the table filter the list: All, Delivered, Pending, Failed, Deferred.
What each status means for you
| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Delivered | It reached your endpoint or inbox and was confirmed. | Work it. This is the one that counts. |
| Pending | Delivery is in progress. | Nothing — this normally lasts seconds. |
| Deferred | It arrived outside your operating hours. It's queued and sent automatically at your next open window. | Nothing. Want these passed to someone else instead of waiting? Ask your provider to switch your outside-hours setting. |
| Rejected by your endpoint | Your webhook, inbox or destination refused the lead. | This one is on your side: check your webhook or mailbox, then tell your provider to resend. |
| Retrying | Delivery didn't go through and is being retried. | Nothing at first. Tell your account manager if it persists. |
Hover a status chip to see its short reason; the full reason is on the lead page under Status detail.
Opening a lead
View shows everything you received:
- Lead information — when you received it, its ID, and the status detail.
- Lead data — email, phone and every other field your provider sends on this lead.
- Dispute history — your dispute, its outcome and your provider's response, when there is one.
- Submit a dispute — the form, when the lead is still eligible. See Opening a dispute.
Exporting to CSV
Export CSV downloads what you're currently looking at — the active filter applies, so filter to Delivered first if that's all you want.
The file contains: Lead ID, Email, Phone, Status, Reason, Created At, Delivered At, then one column per lead field. Up to 5,000 of your most recent leads per export.
Common questions
A lead is missing from my CRM but shows Delivered here. Delivered means your destination confirmed receipt. Look at your side first — a webhook that answers 200 then drops the payload still reads as delivered.
Why do some leads have fewer fields than others? You get the fields your provider maps to you for that source. A field left out of the mapping arrives empty.
Can I see leads from before I got portal access? Yes. The list covers everything ever delivered to you, not just since your login was created.
Can I edit or delete a lead? No. The portal is read-only. If a lead is wrong, dispute it.
Why is my export shorter than my total? Exports are capped at 5,000 rows, most recent first. Filter the list to narrow it down.
