Getting started

What is LeadMove

LeadMove receives your leads, checks and scores them, routes each one to the right buyer and tracks what you're owed.

LeadMove is a lead distribution platform. You point your lead sources at it, describe which buyer wants which kind of lead, and LeadMove does the rest for every lead that arrives: check it, score it, pick the buyer, deliver it, and record what that buyer owes you.

It's built for people who sell leads — brokers, aggregators, agencies and publishers who resell the same lead flow to several buyers, in insurance, solar, mortgage, home services or anything else.

The loop

Every lead goes through the same five moves:

  1. In — a lead arrives from your website form, a vendor posting to your URL, a CSV import or manual entry.
  2. Check — field names are matched to your pipeline's fields, values are cleaned, required fields validated, duplicates and spam filtered out.
  3. Score — every lead gets a quality score from 0 to 100 and a grade from A to D you can route and price on.
  4. Route — your rules decide which buyer gets it, in what order, exclusively or shared.
  5. Deliver & bill — the lead is sent to each buyer's endpoint (email, webhook, Google Sheets or SMS) at the agreed price, with a dispute window if the buyer contests it.

What it replaces

Most sellers arrive from one of two places:

  • A spreadsheet and an inbox. Copy-pasting leads into emails, chasing which buyer got what, reconciling invoices at month end from memory. LeadMove does the forwarding, keeps the audit trail per lead, and counts the billable deliveries for you.
  • A legacy distribution tool like Leadbyte or Leadprosper. Same job, rebuilt around one canvas per pipeline instead of a dozen configuration screens — plus quality scoring, a prepaid wallet per buyer and a buyer portal. See Migrating from Leadbyte / Leadprosper.

Common questions

Does LeadMove generate leads for me? No. LeadMove takes the leads you already generate or buy and gets them to the right buyer. It doesn't run ads or host landing pages.

Do I need a developer? No for the whole setup — pipelines, buyers, rules and delivery are all point-and-click. The only technical step is pointing a source at your posting URL, which is usually copy-paste into your form tool or vendor's dashboard. See the Webhook API reference.

Can my buyers see their leads? Yes. Each buyer can get portal access to see the leads you delivered them and open disputes, without seeing anything about your other buyers.

How long does setup take? About 10 minutes for a working pipeline. Start with the Quickstart.
